- 1. Due to the fast curing speed of UV paint and high production efficiency, it can be cured by ultraviolet light in 30 minutes;
2. The coating has excellent performance, and the coating has very high indicators in terms of hardness, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, gasoline resistance and other solvents; in particular, its paint film is plump and glossy;
3. The UV paint adopts a light curing process, which is pollution-free during processing.
4. UV coatings are more sensitive to dust, and therefore have stricter requirements on the processing environment.
5. No sun protection, easy to crack under sunlight.
6. UV coating will turn yellow after a long time. Therefore, when the appearance of the product requires pure white, it is generally not recommended to use UV for surface treatment.
